We ship packages Monday through to Friday to ensure prompt delivery. As soon as you place an order, our delivery time kicks in. During busy periods, please note that it may take a bit longer for some shipments to be dispatched. Rest assured, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you at checkout

FAULTY PRODUCTS
At Natural Witch, we craft all our products using natural ingredients, which may result in slight variations between batches. If you receive a faulty product, we would be delighted to receive it back and provide a refund accordingly.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel your order, please note that cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order was placed over the weekend, there is a possibility that it has already been packed and prepared for Monday's delivery pickup. In such cases, if you still wish to cancel the order, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
